There’s something you simply don’t get from selling products online: standing face-to-face with the people who actually use them.
For Topargee, caravan, RV and marine shows have always been about much more than putting our gauges on display. They give us the chance to talk to travellers, boat owners, installers and industry businesses about the problems they are trying to solve and more often than not we hear the same frustration “I just want to know how much is actually left in my tank.”
That simple problem is exactly why Topargee exists.
And in 2026 those conversations have taken us from shows here in Australia to our next major stop METSTRADE 2026 in Amsterdam.
A big year of caravan, RV and marine shows
Throughout 2026 the Topargee team has been out at caravan and marine shows around Australia & New Zealand, demonstrating our range of water tank gauges and fuel flow meters.
One of the best parts of exhibiting is hearing how differently people use their tanks.
Some are travelling in caravans and motorhomes. Others are heading off-grid for weeks at a time. Some are managing water on board boats while others simply want a more reliable alternative to the original tank gauge fitted to their RV.
But the underlying problem is usually the same.
Traditional tank gauges can struggle with unusual tank shapes, changing angles and inconsistent readings. Topargee takes a different approach by measuring the water flowing out of the tank allowing the gauge to calculate how much remains.
The Topargee Difference: There are no probes or sensors required inside the tank and no need to drill into the tank itself. It’s a simple idea but seeing that lightbulb moment when someone understands how it works never gets old.
Most recently we have just wrapped up four days and three nights at the Vanlife Gathering at Natural Bridge. It was four days of connecting with vanlifers, nature and like-minded travellers and spending time with people who share a genuine love of getting out and exploring.
It was also another great opportunity to hear directly from people travelling in vans, campers and motorhomes about how they manage water on the road and the challenges they face when trying to know exactly how much they have left.
Next stop: Topargee at METSTRADE 2026
This November Topargee is heading to Amsterdam for METSTRADE 2026.
For us it’s an exciting opportunity to take our flow-based monitoring technology further into the international marine market and meet businesses working across boating, marine equipment and onboard systems.

Although many people first discover Topargee through the caravan and RV market the principle behind our technology is just as relevant on the water.
Boat owners face many of the same challenges when monitoring water and fuel particularly where tanks are irregularly shaped or vessel movement makes traditional level readings less reliable.
Our water tank gauges calculate water remaining based on actual flow while the Topargee Fuel Flow Meter range provides another way to understand fuel consumption and usage. Rather than trying to determine what is happening inside the tank we measure what is flowing through the system.
For boats, caravans and RVs alike the goal is the same: less guessing and more confidence in what you have left.
If you’re attending METSTRADE in Amsterdam this November we’d love you to come and meet the Topargee team and see our flow-based monitoring systems in person.
And then… the USA in 2027
Amsterdam isn’t the end of the journey.
We’re already preparing for the next chapter with Topargee heading to the Florida RV Show in January 2027 followed by the Quartzsite RV Show in Arizona later that month.
Our presence in the US has continued to grow supported by our newly appointed US representatives and an expanding network of retailers, builders and industry businesses.
The 2027 shows will give us another opportunity to meet RV owners face-to-face, support our US partners and introduce more people to a different way of monitoring their water.
For US RV dealers, builders and distributors interested in Topargee before then our wholesale team is already available to help.
From the road to the water
One of the things we love most about Topargee is that our customers might be travelling in completely different ways but they are often trying to solve exactly the same problem. A caravan crossing Australia. A motorhome exploring the US. A boat heading offshore.
Different journeys. Different tanks. Same question: How much have I actually got left?
That’s the question we set out to answer when Topargee began and it’s still what drives us today.
From our Australian caravan and marine shows to METSTRADE 2026 and on to the USA in 2027 we are looking forward to taking Topargee to more people, more industries and more places around the world.
